Youth Aerial Yoga is a great way to decompress, build core strength, create postural alignment, install confidence and teach body awareness!
We are all here to learn, so it is okay if you have never tried or heard of Aerial Yoga! You will learn how to execute the poses sequentially, successfully and safely.
This is a unique opportunity to learn a new way of releasing built up energy in a safe environment while having fun!
This all-levels yoga class takes you through a series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are key to the demands of an athlete, no matter what sport you are involved in. This class may be what you're missing in
