Medical Based Fitness Classes
Balance Training for Fall Prevention- Our program at FYZICAL is designed for community members that are looking to improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, increase cardiovascular endurance and have fun. Exercise components of this class include Tia Chi, Yoga and Core Strength. Our Program is designed to enhance our 3 major balance systems; vision, vestibular and sensation from feet and legs. All participants will complete a Fall Risk Assessment prior to beginning our balance program.
Enjoy a restorative, gentle, and meditative yoga class. The physical focus will guide you to use the correct amount of tensile stress in supported poses, which can assist to renew the function of deep tissue to support your body’s movements
Pilates for a Strong & Healthy Back-
Pilates is a series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone your core & back. This class will teach the correct technique and flow, resulting in increased strength, flexibility and balance.
Weight Training for Bone Strength- Join us for this small group strength & conditioning class to help increase bone density. Class will include weight lifting, core stabilization and flexibility.

Our FYZICAL® Exercise Physiologists are able to customize every workout to help our clients achieve their wellness goals. BODYQ is a first of its kind technology that integrates a body testing tool used to assess movement, function, general health, balance, and performance. BODYQ combines a dynamic set of measurements with state-of-the-art functional imaging on a user-friendly technology suite allowing easy to read results with full-color graphics. Each client will receive an overall BODYQ score as well as individual scores for specific areas of health. This allows the FYZICAL® Exercise Physiologist to customize improvement plans for your unique goals.
